Redeemer Grace is a non-denominational church, led and governed by an Association board and a Spiritual Direction/Elders team.
By relying on the consensual agreement of the leaders selected from the congregation, the church creates healthy checks and balances of leadership direction, financial accountability, spiritual guidance, and ministry implementation.
